How do I import a .vmdk file to vSphere?

I am trialing a wireless solution from Meraki, and as part of this they have provided a VM Concentrator (so that I can grant wireless access to my companies network without the need to set up VPN's). However, all they have given me in 3 files - 'meraki.vmdk', 'meraki.vmx' and 'meraki-esx.vmx'.

My question - how do I import these in to vShpere (4.1)? Sadly the instructions are pretty much non-existent, and I'm pretty novice with VMware.
