Hi, I will be implementing 2 x vSphere Standard Edition servers using local storage for VMs via VSA. In addition an existing vCenter server will manage the new vSphere servers and VSA configuration.
My question relates to IP addresses. My previous standard vSphere configurations incude IP addresses for Vmware Management and VMotion traffic (per server). What additional IP addresses will be required for VSA implementation? Please detail the purpose of each IP address and any reference to VMware policy is appreciated.
The current vCenter server is a VM - will new IP addresses (and vnics) be required for vCenter also?
