You can but if they are shared between host1 and host2 your might want the name to be the same to avoid confusion. It's a personal choice.
One correction: You cannot use different names for the same NFS export on different hosts unless you use a different connection string, such as the NAS IP address for Host1 and the NAS DNS name for Host2.
