MD1000 Firmware Update over ESXi 4.1

Hi, Im trying to update our MD1000´s (Storage) Firmware.

My Scenario is : PowerEdge R710 - ESXi 4.1 and MD1000

I want to upgrade the firmware´s PERC, nevertheless I haven´t been able to do it, Can´t seem to nail the right command

I download a bin file from dell´s site, (it´s a redhat package).

Any help will be appreciated.
