Adding storage to a esxi 4.0 server

I have a customer who is out of space on their Esx I 4.0 server.  I am going to add hard drives to the server to create another 2TB volume.  Then I would like to move the servers from their current datastores to a new datastore on the new 2TB volume.  Any guidance would be awesome.  Thanks!
