NFS and LACP

I have a vSphere 5.0 deployment where I have to leverage NFS.  I have the below contraints and wanted to share my approach to see if any one has any strong feedback or could play devil's advocate.

Contraints:

1) NFS Protocol of choice

2) Only a single switch cisco 3750 for small sites and (2) 3750 MLACP support for larger sites.

3) Only 4 nics all copper available for storage.

4) Netapp vendor

For sites with only one physical switch I am going to create two seperate vmkernels on same subnet (VLAN) on a standard switch and each vmkernel will have two nics all active.  VMkernel port groups will have IP hash as load balancing policies and physical switch will have required ports configured with LACP (802.3ad).

For sites with two physical switches I will have each vmkernel spread across physical switches.  I will also have two vmkernels on a same subnet on a standard switch and each vmkernel will have two nics all active.  VMkernel port groups will have IP hash as load balancing policy and physical switches will be configured to support MLACP (802.3ad).

Netapp will have VIFs to support NFS in Multimode to allow for multiple IPs.  Each datastore will have a different IP.

I was contemplating of using multiple subnets for the VMkernels but still haven't completely made my mind yet.

Thanks
