Provision space vs used space mismatch

Hello team,

New to this forum. have a Question about provision space vs used space, we have one VM which 3 virtualdisks ( image attached )

1. Eager zerothick  - 40gb   ( C drive , 23.2gb used)

2. Lazy  zerothick    - 50gb ( D drive, 48gb used )

3.  Lazy zerothick  -  1TB   ( E drive, 0 , not used at all )

Total provisioned  40+50+1024 = 1.12tb

Total used    23.2+48+0   =  72.2gb

But  why its showing as used space as 1.12tb of 1.12tb  instead of  40 ( EZ )  + 48 ( LZ ) = 88gb( u can notice in that same image  ). Am i missing anything here ?
