on a fly Can we Change PSP in ESXi5.1 without impacting running VMs

Dear Team,

I have one SAN LUN datastore and default PSP is Round Robin, Just want to confirm if I change PSP from RR to Fixed, will there be any impact on running VMs which are hosted on same datastore.
