To disable your hardware iSCSI adapters, you'll likely need to reboot your hosts, watch the boot process, and press a key sequence (like Ctrl+S or Ctrl+Q)) when you see your iSCSI network card come up. This will put into the BIOS of your hardware iSCSI adapter. From here, you should be able to disable the hardware iSCSI feature and use it solely as a NIC.
