There is support from VMware also.

I think there is some change required in your config.

1. what is the interconnect module on HP Chassis 

2. which is switch this interconnect is connected and have to checked the name server that these NPIV Ports logged-in(FLOGI) to the switch

3. you have added the generated WWNs to your Zone?
