Finding UUID of LUN

Hello ,

Whats does the number denote which follows /vmfs/volumes/5ccfg379-5049xxxxx

I initially thought it is the UUID of the LUN but later realized that the UUID can be found from the datastore properties which is naa.6060xxxxx
