You can have multiple iSCSI SANs on the same VLAN/subnet, no problem here. This shouldn't cause any issues with the existing SAN as long as obviously, you don't try to interconnect them somehow, mix IPs or as vendors adhere to very basic layer 2/3 networking fundamentals (i.e. don't flood the network with broadcasts or whatever), which should be taken for granted in this day and age.
