Change access permissions of VM files

Hi Everyone,

I am just wondering if there is any way to change the access permissions of VM files (configuration or disk files) in the VM folder residing on a NFS datastore. When I try to access this NFS datastore via Windows Machine (using NFS client) I get an error stating that you need permission to perform this action. When I check the user permissions of the files the non root user does not have read access to the VM files.
