Hello Community,
We have VADP in place and all the LUNs presented to ESXi hosts are zoned to the backup physical server as well. Backup guys have some issues and they are migrating the backups to a new physical server. Here is the question.. When the LUNs are zoned to the new physical server and added to the backup server OS there will be an OS level signature. Will this change affect the VMFS signatures? Do we have to resignature the VMFS Datastore LUNs in this case.
