Programs to enroll to develop a VASA Provider(VP) for an Array Vendor.

Hi,

     I have to develop and implement a VASA provider(VP) for an array vendor that should support enablement of vvols for end-users working in vsphere environment. What are the programs to get enrolled in the development of VP?What kind of support and benefits do I get once I get enrolled?
