PowerPath/VE does not write any additional signatures to the disks. FalconStor is not supported by PP/VE, but will simply be ignored by the PP/VE driver and will be accessed via NMP instead.
In your case, it would seem the best way would be to simply connect your new ESXi hosts to both arrays (using NMP for the FalconStor, and PP/VE for the EMC, and perform storage vMotions onto your new storage.
