unable to mount datastore after a raid event

Hi folks, i really need your help

esxi 5.1

single host with internal storage (Hp DL380G7)

after a disk replacement the logical volume become failed. we managed to replace the disk and the volume was back again healthy

but i can't mount anymore the datastore, the VM are declared as "unknown"

i've tried to mount the volume  manually bu unsuccesfully

the partition seems to be good
