There seemed to be an issue in my vmkernel port bindings. Once I removed the ports. My esx hosts were able to see the LUN. I was then able to re-add the ports. But I'm not sure if we actually need port binding. Maybe you can help me with that. The 0-1 interfaces are the mgmt network traffic. The 2-3 interfaces are the iSCSI traffic which is on a separate VLAN.
