Ivanildo, seems like the user changed some files, for example there is a file called WindowsServer2008r2.vmx.orig that looks to me like a copy of original WindowsServer2008r2.vmx file. If possible, attach the .vmx, vmx.orig and all vmware.log (including the old ones), this way we can see from inside of virtual machine configuration file and log, which virtual disks is really used.
