Re: HP P2000 G3 FC Direct Attach?

What I found so far from the HCL is that "FC Direct Attach"

for the P2000 G3 FC is supported for the driver

"qla4xxx 5.01.03.2-3vmw" with the following features:

VMW_SATP_ALUA, VMW_PSP_MRU, VMW_PSP_RR

I assume this is a QLogic one. But what HBAs

are exactly supported this driver is for?

I also found the attached cabeling diagram from

the HP quickspec which shows the configuration

supported as well.

But do I have the full feature set availabe if

two ESXi hosts are connected to the storage

unit similar to when they are connected via fabric?

I'm especially interrested in sharing the same datastore

between both hosts and VMotion.
