Thanks for the help! and great to be on this forum. 

Enterprise Flash Drive 3+1

Fiber channel is Raid 3+1

SATA is Raid 6+2

But since the physical performance wonderfully would that mean the raid really doesn't come into play? its only in the virtual world.

One other thing to mention is our Nonprod is using 4GB fiber channel.  Our production is using 10G FCoE.  It doesn't matter much as the writing issue still occurs.
