I am playing with it now and the story so far.
root@guruplug-debian:~/VMware-VSAClusterService-5.1.0.0-825153-linux/VMware-VSAClusterService/setup# ./install.sh

After that I changed the install.sh to not do any platform checks.

ERROR: Insufficient free space on the disk. Required 600 MB.
As the guruplug only have 512mb disk space I have to get an usb memory to install it on (which is kind of lame 
)
