thanks for sharing.

I wan´t to use it as the same way as you implement it.

But our vendor told me to use thick FlexVol, Thin Luns and Tick VMDK.

But i guess i wan´t to change it to Thin Vol, Thin LUN and Thick VMDK.

Also create seperate volumens for OS is on our list.
