Hello,
I have one of the of the array controllers (not LUN) with Operational State "Unmounted".
Even ESXi host reboot didn't solve the problem.
It looks like storage problem, but ..........
1. All Paths are OK via this controller. (please see picture)
2. This storage array (with same controller) is presented to another clusters, but no problems there.
So, the above 2 are pointing to ESXi issue, but I can't figure it out.
VMware KB doesn't have any related articles.
