Ruhul, you can perform svmotion without removing the RDM luns and while the VM is online. This will only move the pRMD pointers. Just to be on the safe side make sure the node you are working is the passive node in the cluster. During svmotion select advanced, under advanced you have to the option to select a destination datastore, select the desired destination for the configuration files and that should bring everything together.
