need create local data store as a shared storage

Hi Every one,

                   I am working on 2 esxi servers, each server having 125 GB SSD & 1 TB HDD.

                                    Means :  esxi -1 = 125 GB & 1 TB

                                                  esxi -2 = 125 GB & 1 TB

Now i want create shared storage with the use of those internal data store for enable HA & DRS or FT.

My goal is: ESXi-1 should run with our required VM's and second esxi-2 is for redundancy. When esxi-1 will get down automatically VMs should migrated to esxi-2 and vms will be run. It should be happen with the use of local data stores  Without using SAN & NAS or outside storage.

Please share me some knowledge on this...
