Hi All,
So i found the solution for my situation.
The issue is that once you create a logical partition using the HP ORCA interface (the pre-boot one built in the hp array card), there is no settings for multiple logical drives (partitions) on a single array.
The solution is to get the HP smartStart bootable disk and boot from it, in there you can use HP ACU to create multiple partitions, logical drives on a single array.
i was able to break the current array and create a new one with 2 logical partitions. i made the first one a little bit bigger than the one i had previously with my VMs and guess what, the VMs didnt get deleted or corrupted so i was able to accomplish what i wanted without deleting my old VMs.
Now i have a 600GBs partition for VMs and a 7.8TB for storage, posibly RMDs or something, i dont know i need to play around.
Thanks a lot for your answers guys.
